The image contains news about Agreement number 10 of 1893, issued by the Municipal Council of Bogotá. This agreement establishes the conditions that must be met by companies wishing to provide incandescent electric lighting service in the city. The installation of poles and other necessary devices in the streets is authorized, as long as they do not obstruct traffic. In addition, technical requirements are established for electrical conductors and the company is required to develop a regulation detailing the obligations of the company and consumers.
