Evaluación gráfica y jurídica predial en el marco del catastro multipropósito de los municipios de Vergara y Nimaima Cundinamarca

Abstract

The undergraduate work entitled "Graphic and legal land property evaluation within the multipurpose cadastre framework of the municipalities of Vergara and Nimamima, Cundinamarca" was conducted in the form of monography by the students Juan Pablo Rodríguez León y Cristhian David Carvajal Díaz, members of the Cadastral Engineering and Geodesy programm. This degree project involved evaluating graphical and legal land property data in order to define processes that allow to consolidate the cadastre information with a multipurpose approach for the municipalities of Nimaima and Vergara by proposing methodological guideleines for addressing the graphic and alphanumeric inconsitencies in cases where legal studies and spatial analysis are applied. This, with the aim of ensuring the quality of information according to the standards laid out in the LADM_COL surveying model.
