An individual named Régulo Ruiz filed a complaint with the Section Inspector 1st of the Municipal Police, alleging that dice were constantly played in this place. After listening to both sides and reviewing the evidence presented, including the testimonies of several individuals, the municipal authorities decided to sanction the owner of "El Nilo" with a fine of 50 pesos and the temporary closure of the establishment for one month. The decision was based on the evidence presented by the complainant and his witnesses, and on the application of current laws and regulations regarding gambling.
