Desarrollo e implementación de un aplicativo web para la recolección y reconocimiento de información predial con fines valuatorios y catastrales, caso piloto Barrio Prado Veraniego (localidad de Suba)

Abstract

This document, under the monograph modality, called “Development and implementation of a web application for the collection and recognition of property information for valuation and cadastral purposes, pilot case of the Prado Veraniego neighborhood (Suba Town)”, shows the development and implementation of a web mapping application with html forms for the collection of data in the field, important to characterize and identify a possible value of commercial appraisal of a property, also with the help of the completion of a non-physical property record, and a georeferenceable map viewer for the creation of digital sketches / tablets, projecting a user-friendly, user-friendly viewer. For the pilot test, real estate was taken from the town Suba of Bogotá, specifically in the Prado Veraniego neighborhood.
