Resumen
The performed studies in aquifers allow us to know their features, these ones will determine the capacity they can provide as a source of extraction, either population’s benefit with potable water, agricultural activities with irrigation, or development of industry. In this study specifically, it is expected to determine the transmissivity in semi-confined aquifers located in the municipality of Tuluá, department of Valle del Cauca, where some information has been gotten to inform about the respective capacity the wells have, as well as to see if they are rechargeable so that the feasibility of extracting water for the respective us can be checked. This research was done through the study of two methodologies known as Theis method and Jacob method, which will help to establish the transmissivity of each studied well, supported by data that was provided by the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Valle del Cauca CVC.
