Resumen
The objective of this degree work is to design and develop a Knowledge Manager to strengthen the support processes of CSI GROUP. To enable the company's employees to diagnose support solutions more effectively, improving response times and increasing the number of bugs delivered. This knowledge manager will allow the company to store information on changes in personnel, work desertion, vacation leave or disability. SupportCSI as it was called the knowledge manager arises from the need to implement new mechanisms that help in the support work and due to redundancies that arise when solving problems (If a bug has already occurred previously you can consult SupportCSI and follow the steps to solve it successfully). SupportCSI will offer both CSI GROUP and its employees a great help in the development of their support activities.
