The image contains news about the bill that proposes the return of assets to the districts and villages that belonged to them and that were awarded by the decree of 1861, as long as they have not been alienated. It is established that the Union Treasury will recognize the value of the assets sold, along with an annual interest of six percent. The president of the Senate and the president of the House of Representatives signed the project in 1867. La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el proyecto de ley que propone la devolución de bienes a los distritos y aldeas que les pertenecían y que fueron adjudicados por el decreto de 1861, siempre que no hayan sido enajenados. Se establece que el Tesoro de la Unión reconocerá el valor de los bienes enajenados, junto con un interés anual del seis por ciento. El presidente del Senado y el presidente de la Cámara de Representantes firmaron el proyecto en 1867. Se han realizado observaciones al proyecto, indicando que los bienes deben ser devueltos a los distritos solo con la condición de no enajenarlos.
