Implementación de un piloto técnico de catastro multipropósito en el municipio de Chipaque Cundinamarca

Abstract

The cadastre in Colombia is based on the identification of the physical, legal, economic and fiscal aspects of the property units, with the law 1753 of 2015 of the National Development Plan 2014 - 2018 "All for a new country" encourages the National Government promotes the implementation of a national cadastre with a multipurpose approach, in which in addition to the fiscal aspect, different aspects that allow contributing to the planning and organization of the territory are taken into consideration. The present project in first delivery with research and innovation modality with the GIGA research group proposes indispensable aspects to be considered in the multipurpose cadastre, this implemented in the municipality of Chipaque Cundinamarca.
