Abstract

This business plan was born to start the creation of a new line of services for the company M&S MONTAJES Y SERVICIOS S.A.S focused on the design, preliminary studies, regularization and maintenance of telecommunications towers in the national territory. Considering that the works for the implementation of telecommunications systems are works that require their completion as soon as possible, with the business plan carried out a list of processes and characteristics is developed to take into account that they will optimize the execution of designs, surveys and maintenance in order to satisfy the needs required by the client. With a detailed analysis of the services currently provided by the company and a market study, the possible fields in which it should be strengthened will be identified so that with this, M&S Montajes y Servicios S.A.S meets the expected expectations. It is necessary to know the current situation at the national level of the telecommunications market and show that it is coming for these companies. Knowing the market to which it is intended to enter and to carry out a successful implementation of the three new lines of services in the company, a technical-administrative study and a financial study are carried out with which the relevant aspects of execution are detailed such as: yields, costs, expenses, income, investment, cash flow is defined and with this the calculation of the Internal Rate of Return is determined, which presents us with the feasibility of this project for M&S Montajes y Servicios S.A.S.
