Resumen
This internship report evidences the review process of the electrical installations of each of the headquarters of the SACS Consultores SAS company, based on a checklist with each of its items extracted from the RETIE standards, NTC-2050 and RETILAP, to verify that each aspect to which the installation in general is applicable, manages to comply with the given requirements to promote safe and efficient environments within electrical installations for end use. In-person visits were made to each headquarters, the administrative one in Bogotá, Risk Academy in Cartagena, and the IPS in Neiva, where it was evident in almost all of its totality, that specific aspects are those that do not meet the explicit requirements for each sector of the electrical installation. Among the verifications carried out, it was evident that there are some points that have problems with the dimensioning of the overcurrent switches or the gauge of the conductors, since the initial design of the electrical installation was not carried out correctly; different products have deteriorated over the years or are products that do not have the certificates required by the standard due to their age; or in other cases, fixes were found that at the time of making them, the required guidelines were not followed and it means an electrical risk in the place. The energy efficiency of each site was analyzed and the possibility of the implementation of photovoltaic energy was studied, which would reduce consumption and total energy costs. Additionally, physical changes in the installation and implementation of electrical equipment and products are considered. lower energy consumption but with greater efficiency, thus achieving improvements in the general processes of energy use. Finally, the solutions that best adapt to the needs of each headquarters are sought and proposed, in order to correct or change, as the case may be, each of the verifications that did not fully comply with the current electrical regulations.
