Apoyo cartográfico en la formulación de los planes de ordenamiento del recurso hídrico-PORH, de los cuerpos priorizados en la jurisdicción CAR

Abstract

The Regional Autonomous Corporation (CAR), aims to implement policies, plans, programs and projects on the environment and renewable natural resources, as well as compliance and timely application of current legal provisions on their disposal, administration, management and exploitation, in accordance with the regulations, guidelines and guidelines issued by the MINISTRY OF THE ENVIRONMENT. According to the "Guide for the Management of the Superficial Continental Water Resources (PORH), adopted by resolution 0751 of May 9, 2018, the work plan that involves the review and adjustment to the Water Resources Management Plans is established. in the CAR corporation. Having the new guide, we proceed to update the prioritization document of the Water Resource Management Plans - PORH. Therefore, it is necessary to update the cartography of the document in question and prepare the preliminary construction of priority water resource management plans. The objective of the internship was to support the updating of the cartography of the Water Resource Management Plans -PORH, in the CAR Corporation and of the preliminary document for the prioritized PORH, an objective that is addressed from the following activities: update of the Criterion 10 (Bodies of water with the highest percentage of pressure due to the illegality of catchments) in the PORH prioritization document; from databases supplied by the Directorate for the Management of Environmental and Territorial Planning; macro localization of points determined by the available databases of different public entities, conversion to friendly formats for the corporation of files that are part of the territorial ordering of the municipalities within the CAR jurisdiction and to finalize the abscission process of some of the main drains of the hydrographic subzones of the CAR.
