Resumen
In the implementation of public policies there is a major role: the psychosocial professional, who is the mediator between the tensions that arise between the goals of the policy, the expectations of the society and its execution. This research seeks to understand how the affective knowedge contributes to the psychosocial professionals within the framework of public policies. It is qualitative, approached from two information gathering instruments: focus group and virtual structured interview. The sample taken from a group of seven psychosocial professionals. It concludes that the affective knowledge favors ethical action from understanding and assertiveness in the intervention; it invites the leaders and work teams to create intentional spaces to promote it as well as suggesting that in the processes of approaching the population, binding methodologies should be built to allow the expression and identification of the mobilizing and limiting elements in the performance of this role.
