Creación, ajuste y estandarización de cartografía sobre predios propiedad de la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca (CAR)

Abstract

Framed in the public policies that govern the cadastre in Colombia, and focused on the interconnection between cadastre and property registry, the project titled "Creation, adjustment and standardization of cartography on property owned by the Autonomous Regional Corporation of Cundinamarca (Car ) "In the form of an internship, and in which the full identification of the property owned by the corporation that presents inconsistent information before the municipal cadastres is sought. As part of the verification of quality and accuracy of the data that reposes in the CAR's property management system, a detailed diagnosis was made of the properties and their information, among which are the central coordinates, real estate registration, cadastre, path and municipality of location in addition to the current owner, which allowed to correct flaws that prevented the full identification of the real estate property of the corporation. In order to feed and update the database of municipal cadastres and contribute to the interconnection of cadastre and registry as the purpose of this internship, the inventory of real estate that must be submitted to an update before the IGAC (Instituto Geographic Agustín Codazzi), reorganizing and ratifying the property ownership of said properties to the Corporation. This identification is supported by cartography that supports the inventory made and descriptive tables of the inconsistencies presented in each property, generated during the course of the internship. Annex to the activities of cartographic and descriptive updating, technical visits were carried out, georeferencing in the field of acquired properties, production and delivery of technical reports, review of appraisals, management of geographic databases in different platforms and the creation of cartography additional information on each application received in the area of ​​property administration, in compliance with the objectives set out in the internship.)
