Abstract

MUSICA POR LA PAZ is committed to the reconciliation in Panqueba, Boyacá municipality, by donating musical instruments to children from urban and rural areas, so that to rescuing the social fabric of Panqueban people, shining a light of hope with notes of peace, making a difference with the chords of freedom. This systematization of MUSICA POR LA PAZ project will speak about the history of the armed conflict in Colombia especially in Norte and Gutierrez region in Boyacá department, where peasant victims are left with empty eyes, staring at Sierra Nevada. It saw them growing up and likewise saw many fighters die for defending their political ideals. The children, the most hit by war, encourage people to create by means of arts a chance of living, transformation, forgiveness and oblivion.
