Resumen
In recent years, esports have had a significant impact on changes in technological consumption among the population. Digital competition has generated exponential growth, consolidating itself as an expanding industry with significant revenue. However, it has also required strong organizational structures and training programs to support this model, with athletes as key players. The Colombian Federation of Electronic Sports is a non-profit organization that has been working for several years to make this possible, creating educational programs and focusing on the university environment to generate the necessary competitiveness for the optimal development of these initiatives. This report sought to establish comprehensive training models, optimize resource management, and encourage student participation in academic and competitive activities within the esports ecosystem. The internship process was developed within the framework of the continuous improvement of its departments (University League and Training Academy), where different methodologies were applied that allowed for efficient planning, execution, and evaluation. Among the main objectives are the organization of events and the creation of a process manual to help the university league optimize its resources.
