Propuesta de servicios públicos sostenibles y materiales de bioconstrucción para un aula ambiental en el ecoparque los Gurrubos - Madrid

Abstract

The need for adequate convergence spaces, which are designed and available for the resolution of conflicts, planning, organization and other issues that concern the territory; and that these are always available to the communities and their needs, becomes one of the problems that afflict rural populations in rural areas, it is vital to create a physical, dignified and comfortable space for its inhabitants, thus considering the provision of public utilities, as well as for their homes. This is the case of Laguna Larga in the municipality of Madrid, specifically our study area: the ecopark "Los Gurrubos", which is the focus of this document and in which we intend to propose sustainable alternatives for bio-construction and for the provision of public services. A great number of problems converge around the economic activities and the use of natural resources in the Laguna Larga neighborhood, from this derives the need for a communal classroom for its organization, which is why we intend to propose the best alternatives for the bio-construction of an environmental classroom. This document proposes the use of sustainable materials that provide effective environmental and social solutions, as well as the implementation of a rainwater collection system, electricity supply and solid waste management, in which the provision of these household services is guaranteed, being these alternatives consistent with the territory, its dynamics and practices of the communities themselves. This provides spaces for environmental education and convergence for the community organizations of the JAC veredal, which will allow them to organize and demand tools for the improvement of their quality of life and environment. In this document we will develop the content of the project we are in charge of as interns in the cooperative Multiactiva de Estudios de Gestión Ambiental GEA, in order to propose sustainable alternatives for public services, in terms of water management, solid waste management, electricity generation, and bioconstruction materials in an environmental classroom for a rural area in the municipality of Madrid.
