Plan de negocios de cannabis medicinal en el municipio de Sutamarchán, Boyacá

Abstract

The following project was carried out with the objective of being able to characterize a medical cannabis business plan in Sutamarchan Boyacá, seeking the launch of a product (Medicinal Body Oil) in 3 different presentations, which are aimed at the population with some type of pathology. In addition to carrying out the entire study of supply and demand for this product, it was possible to outline and characterize all the processes involved in the sowing and harvesting of this product. emerging raw material in the country and worldwide. Within the analysis of this process, the extraction of the medicinal body oil itself is also included, and the transport and distribution processes of the final product are also described. Finally, within the analysis of this business plan, the financial study was carried out, which demonstrates through a cash flow, and a P&L, that the project is financially viable.
