Decreto No. 1 sobre los honores a la memoria del General señor doctor Prospero Pinzón

Abstract

Prospero Pinzon, in which the Mayor of Bogota decrees the following: Art. 1. Consider the death of General D. Prospero Pinzon as a fateful event for the city of Bogota and the entire Republic. Art. 2. All the employees of the Municipality have the duty to attend the funerals that take place for the repose of the soul of the undefeated General Pinzon and to accompany the corpse to the Cemetery. Art. 3. The national flag will remain hoisted at half mast, as a sign of mourning, for nine consecutive days, in the Municipal House. Art. 4.
