Apoyo en la organización y gestión de información en el programa de las aulas al deporte

Abstract

The project was carried out as an internship at the Instituto Distrital de Recreación y Deporte (IDRD), specifically within the program De las Aulas al Deporte. The main objective was to implement continuous improvement processes in the program’s database, applying PHVA, Kaizen, and Big Data methodologies. A diagnosis of data inconsistencies was conducted, a Quality Circle was implemented with the participation of various stakeholders, and performance indicators were designed to measure efficiency in information management. As a result, a reliable, standardized, and updated database was consolidated, strengthening decision-making and strategic planning within the program, while fostering an organizational culture of continuous improvement around data management.
