| dc.description | This article shows an application of geographical information systems to support learning of the geo-information for children between 8 and 10 years. It develops an interface that takes into account our findings on the interaction of children with paper maps. We compared the interface with traditional maps and found a highest score associated with the software and including the official map used in schools. | en-US |
