Apoyo en el proceso de adopción y seguimiento a los planes de ordenamiento del recurso hídrico (PORH) de la jurisdicción CAR

Abstract

To fulfill the main objective of the internship, was carried out the support in the adoption and monitoring Processes of the Water Resources Management Plans - PORH´S in the jurisdiction of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca - CAR. The above is achieved thanks to the fact that majority of the activities were directed under the direction of the Guide for the Management of the Continental Superficial Water Resource 2018 - PORH of the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development adopted under Resolution 0751 of May 9, 2018, through this there will be executed a work plan that required the revision and adjustment to the hydraulic discourse management plans- PORH that through the construction of a tool and a monitoring plan, the process of adoption and monitoring of the components was executed programmatic of them. Among the main activities that make it possible to fulfill the objectives of the internship are the construction of a database of the existent PORH´S, the organization of the programmatic 4 components of the PORH´S, the establishment of methodologies for the program of PORH´S monitoring and the construction of the PORH´S monitoring tool. Among the secondary activities was the organization of traceability of the Alto Suárez Level II and Bogotá river basins, the documentary organization of the experienced PORH´S, the investigation of legal regulations for the Bogotá River basin and the accompaniment to meetings from the CAR jurisdiction relevant to support in the adoption process of the affected PORH´S. At the end of the internship, the quality of the products delivered by the interns to the reviewing directors was reviewed, highlighting that they are of great importance for the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca - CAR thanks to the continuity that the controllers give to the follow-up of the Water Resources Management Plans PORH´S.
