Diseño del plan de emergencias y contingencias para la empresa Exiplast S.A.S.

Abstract

Our country every day is faced with emergencies of various kinds that have as a result some human losses, as well as material damages. Since this point of view this project is based on the design of an emergency plan and contingencies for the company Exiplast S.A.S. currently the company has with two (2) offices, the administrative area located in the city of Bogotá and the area operation located in Tenjo Cundinamarca, from this context we can see the need to investigate the possible emergencies in which they are exposed constantly our workers. In the first place, recognition of these areas is made with previous advice from that of the person in charge of the Safety and Health Management System in the Work (SG-SST) and knowledge of its economic activity "Development, production and marketing of optimal and innovative Polyester solutions Reinforced with Fiberglass (GRP) ". Then recognition of the organization is made through a record of check-up, risk analysis according to the color methodology, an inspection is made gradually through observation and evidence of documents, photos and training activities, simulations that allow validate compliance with current regulations. Finally, the risks and threats present within the organization, guaranteeing the management of the information of the action plans and continuous improvement, in this way an organizational practice is proposed for the compliance with the emergency plan and contingencies of the company, hence the presented with your recommendations for its approval and implementation short term.
