Resumen
The image contains news about the resolution that partially suspends the execution of article 17 of the law on communication routes. The Government of the State of Cundinamarca informs the President of the Constituent Assembly about the decision of the Supreme Court to suspend the collection of toll rights for articles destined to be consumed in another State. This measure mainly affects Cundinamarca, a predominantly agricultural and mining state. Although the suspension of the article does not significantly harm its agriculture, given that most products are consumed internally, some products such as cocoa and tobacco that are exported to Antioquia, as well as palmira tobacco, sugar, honey and flour imported from other states, may be impacted. As for mining, the toll on exported gold and silver is insignificant, but the salt sent to Santander and Boyacá could be cause for complaints. News published in Gaceta de Cundinamarca. September 25, 1858.
