Abstract

Over the years, the concept of "humanized work" has evolved and is the reason that current companies ensure the rights and protection of workers through regulations and tools that seek to guarantee optimal working conditions. . Taking into account the above, there is a need to design an Occupational Health and Safety Management System for the company Construction and Environmental and Civil Consulting - CONCREAMBIENTE S.A.S., which favors the working population at all organizational levels, avoiding the occurrence of accidents at work and occupational diseases through the prevention and protection of health. Thus, in this document, all the elements that make up the Occupational Health and Safety Management System focused on continuous improvement are presented in an orderly manner.
