Diagnóstico técnico de instalaciones hidráulicas, sanitarias y aguas lluvias en viviendas formales de la Localidad de Usme (05), UPZ 58 Comuneros.

Abstract

In the construction of houses in popular neighborhoods it is normal to find flaws in the design and installation of plumbing, mostly due to the non-hiring of specialized professionals and being done empirically and; which has led us to carry out a real statistical analysis of the technical diagnosis of hydraulic, sanitary and rainwater installations, thus demonstrating the shortcomings. The statistical method selected is Stratified Random Sampling, with which a proportion of dwellings in a given area was statistically evaluated, which was: UPZ 58- Community of the Locality of Usme. A survey was randomly carried out on the inhabitants of the dwellings that the method projected, thus allowing us to specifically identify the current state of the networks and the most common installation errors in order to provide an alternative solution which takes us to the central axis of this degree project; the development of a design primer. The design primer provides homeowners and builders with the correct installation of pipe diameters in the sewage and rainwater supply and drainage systems, construction recommendations, and illustrations of how to connect a potable water storage tank.
