Resumen
MOVIX LA, as a Value Added Services Integrator for Mobile Operators, is currently developing an expansion plan that includes, among others, opening operations in North America. The first Operator defined to initiate this expansion was Telcel México, with whom it will be offered services of SMS Subscription (Short Message Service) and WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) sites. Telcel México, using the new connection models and regulatory policies, has implemented an intermediate Service Delivery Platform (SDP) to manage its different integrators, the platform is SMT (Subscription Management Tool), provided by a third party, also Mexican , called SpeedyMobile. The integration between MOVIX LA and SMT was based on HTTP communication from WebServices SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) and delimited by the characteristics of the services to be implemented; in this case, subscription services with recurring charges (weekly charges), which required an integration to handle incoming and outgoing SMS traffic, periodic silent charges, handling of uploads and delivery of content against billing.
