Abstract

Digitron LTDA is dedicated to the provision of maintenance, calibration and sales of electrical and electronic equipment; currently has a staff of 15 employees, with a legally constituted company is obliged to comply with current regulations, so decided to design a work plan for the implementation of Chapter 6 of Decree 1072 of 2015 which dictate provisions to implement the management system of safety and health at work they must be applied by all public and private employers. This and that from Article 2.2.4.6.37 (transition) of this Act, all employers must replace the occupational health program by the safety management system and health OSHMS work, for which the National government by decree 171 of 1 February deadline broad January 31, 2017 for all companies in the country to implement this system. The overall objectives of the General System of Occupational Hazards are promoting safety and health at work and the prevention of occupational hazards, to prevent accidents and incidents at work and occupational diseases.
