Abstract

The number of threats that afflict an information system increases day by day and these carry risks in turn risks on the assets of the organization through the different vulnerabilities possessed by an organization, both at the human or technical level. Ensuring that information systems maintain their availability, confidentiality and integrity is a key part of the process of data that an entity has for its operation. For this, an information security management process is required and every individual who belongs to the company, must know and follow suit

This project shows the design of a methodology for the implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) for a company in the financial sector that allows to maintain the appropriate security levels for the sensitive information that the entity handles in its day to day operations.
