The image contains a notice about the Law on the organization of the Tribunal and the courts of the State, which is decreed by the Constituent Assembly of the State of Cundinamarca, this Law is divided into four chapters in which some sections are mentioned that strengthen the objective of this Law, therefore Chapter 1 focuses on decreeing the positioning of the Superior Court of Justice which will reside in the Capital of the State and will be composed of five Magistrates appointed from the Legislature. It also indicates the role of the substitutes in case of temporary absences that may arise, the elections that will be carried out by the Tribunal, the appointment of the Secretary and the duties of the Tribunal. Then in chapter 2 it starts talking about the Circuit Courts, mentioning that the Territory of the State is divided into the judicial circuits of: Bogotá, Zipaquirá, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Bogotá, Zipaquirá, Chihuahua, Chihuahua and Chihuahua: Bogotá, Zipaquirá, Choconta, Guáduas, Mariquita, Guamo, Neiva and Garzón, jointly defining the number of judges, the residence and the periods in which each one will take possession. Then in chapter 3, which is divided into four sections, the first one talks about the Public Prosecutor's Office in which it is mentioned that the Fiscal Agents of the Judicial Circuits and the Parish Attorneys will function, additionally the functions of the State Attorney and the rendering of accounts by means of periodic reports are defined, then in section three the subject of the Attorneys is exposed in which it is stipulated that the State Court will have two Attorneys whose election will be made by the Legislature, The following section talks about the fiscal agents defining the existence of these in the head of each judicial circuit and their respective functions. The last section talks about the parish prosecutors being these created by the Law, mentioning that they will continue to be recognized in the State with the same attributions as the Fiscal Agents. Finally in chapter four the various dispositions are mentioned in which the Tribunal and the Courts of the State will pass weekly to the editors of official newspapers a notice of the number of criminal cases received, of those pending and of those that have been closed to be published, adding also the duties of the Secretary of the Tribunal which must be fulfilled by the Prosecuting Attorneys, the Parish Attorneys, the Clerks of the Circuit and Parish Courts, adding as a last element that while the Magistrates and Judges last in their posts and even when they separate from them, they cannot be attorneys in lawsuits, nor advocate in judicial business, nor can they be mandataries in business of any kind, nor commissioners to testate.
