Abstract

The image contains a notice about the communiqué addressed by the Secretary of the Interior to Mr. Governor, given in the Republic of La Nueva Granada mentioned: To Mr. Governor I presented in the office of the Executive Power the decree issued by the chamber of this province on the 5th of October next past, providing for the auction in all the districts of the province of the subsidiary personal service, and it was resolved on the 30th of November last what I insert. Not being contrary to the Constitution nor to the Law and being in the faculties of the Chamber of the Province this decree; be carried into effect and be passed in copy to the next legislature. Finally, it is communicated to the Governor for legal purposes and the answer to his letter of the 26th of last month with number 522. Signed by Mr. Mariano Ospina.
