Resumen
In general, the residential complexes generate a lot of solid waste which contributes in a large way to the environmental pollution. In the Terra Grande 4 Stage 4 located at Soacha municipality its present a preoccupying environmental and social scenario since the “Solid Waste Integral Management Program” it is not implemented. These wastes generate a High environmental impact demonstrated in the results analysis obtained. In these results it’s shown that the air quality is affected because the proliferation of bad smells by the bad and uncontrolled gathering of solid wastes in decomposing state, the plague reproduction and visual pollution. These problems produce an alteration in the habitants and workers health. To contribute to the environmental impact diminution generated by the inadequate management of the solid waste produced in the residential complex, we formulated the Solid Waste Integral Management Program (PMIRS by its initials in Spanish) in which its given the items to make: Optimal management of the disposal center, adequate signaling, use and recovery of solid waste through awareness activities. Later we defined the costs associated with the project and the respective recommendations and conclusions.
