The purpose of this business plan is the creation of an organization based on the exploitation of a well-known and successful brand within the sports market; seen as a great opportunity and possibility of success, which reduces the risk of starting individually within a market with so much supply. As transversal and main axes of this business model, the training of tactical intelligence and cognitive orientation for the integral athlete is taken as an added value, enhancing the psychological area of the soccer player in order to strengthen their physical, technical, tactical and mental performance. ; backed by a structurally strong and dynamic organization in favor of sustainable development that seeks a balance between economic growth, care for the environment and social well-being; This means that the sports franchise can adapt more easily to the changing circumstances of the market, in addition to its positioning within it.
