Experiencia de pasantía en la gerencia de arte dramático de Idartes: aproximaciones a las artes vivas, la gestión cultural y la mediación artística en Bogotá

Abstract

This document presents the experience developed during the internship carried out at the Dramatic Arts Management Office of the Instituto Distrital de las Artes - Idartes in 2024. Throughout the process, activities related to live arts, cultural management, reading promotion, and support for festivals and artistic events held in different cultural spaces in Bogotá were accompanied. The experience included systematization and administrative support processes, collaborations with the Libro al Viento program, participation in the Bogotá Theater and Circus Festival, involvement in the Bravo Awards, and inclusive creation processes alongside ConCuerpos and Teatro a la Mano. These experiences strengthened skills related to teamwork, cultural mediation, audience management, and the understanding of the dynamics that are part of the city’s artistic and cultural movement. Likewise, the internship encouraged reflections on the relationship between live arts, arts education, and social processes, recognizing the value of theater and cultural management as tools for encounter, inclusion, and collective construction.
