This document is the results obtained in the internship "TEACHING OBJECTIVES TO OVERCOME LEARNING OBSTACLES IN STUDENTS OF A CHEMISTRY COURSE AT THE BASIC EDUCATION LEVEL." The general objective was to design teaching units that allow the learning of theoretical and practical knowledge of ninth grade students of the Liceo Campestre "San Jorge" school to encourage overcoming learning obstacles associated with the study of the gaseous state and solutions. In general terms, the results obtained show that, first of all, in class planning through different activities integrated into the teaching units such as mental maps, laboratories, infographics, among others. On the other hand, a pleasant atmosphere was evident in the classroom where students learned scientific knowledge and finally a contribution was made to science teaching by overcoming learning obstacles with the help of cooperative learning.
