Resumen
This project was made in the modality of internship in order to implement what has been learned in the curriculum project of environmental engineering and in response to the needs of the Planeta Vivo Bta Foundation, which as part of the formulation of a pilot project for the production of Pasifloráceas, required as a technical input for decision-making with environmental sustainability criteria that areas with potential for the production of Maracuyá and Cholupa in the department of Huila, Colombia were identified. Which is why, as an environmental engineers a land evaluation was made, using criteria that allowed evaluate 937,503.93 hectares to northern subregion of Huila, identifying favorable areas where land utilization types of Maracuyá and Cholupa were biophysically suitable, socially acceptable, economically feasible and seeking the least negative impact on the environment.
