Plan de mantenimiento para el área de producción en la empresa Refrigeración Electricidad y Automatismos

Abstract

This project aims to propose a maintenance plan for the equipment used in the company Refriautomatismos in the manufacture of PUR-type insulation panels. During the visit to the company, the following equipments were identified: 2 manual plates of 3 m on the production line, 1 pneumatic drive plate of 12 m in length, "acanaladora"5 hp groove machine for one meter wide format sheets, a 3 hp tree drill and 1 electrostatic paint furnace. To date, the people responsible for the care and operation of these equipment have not carried out the necessary documentation for the monitoring of maintenance activities. Therefore, this project will focus on establishing an appropriate maintenance plan to ensure optimal performance and extend the useful life of the aforementioned equipment. Emphasis will be placed on the exhaustive documentation of all maintenance activities carried out, which will allow more efficient monitoring and better planning of future interventions.
