Abstract

To fix the amounts for general revenues, special revenues, for the following situations: Legislative Department, Treasury Department, Treasury Administration, Accounting, Tax Visitors, Collections, Registrars, Post Office. Then instructions are defined for the Department of Public Instruction, Department of Roads, Department of Justice, which includes Medical Officers, Prisons, Panopticon. Subsequently, the Police Department is annexed with a focus on Prefectures and Inspections, Mayor's Offices, Charity Department, together with the Charity Board, Office Material and Official Printing.
