Abstract

The image contains news about the Agreement imposed by the Municipal Council of Bogota on the transfer of the Asylum for Beggars to the Society of Sons of the Holy Trinity, therefore it is mentioned that the need for the existence of an establishment is created, be it an Asylum or Shelter for Beggars of both sexes due to the increase of these on the territory of the Province of Bogota, stipulating that it is the duty of the Municipal Council to provide sufficient resources and seek the means to preserve a plant that provides the necessary benefits to this population, clarifying that the purpose of the Society of the Sons of the Holy Trinity is to exercise charity and there are many people who wish to exercise this mission, in addition the persons who will be in charge of the establishment are mentioned as the Treasurer for the collection of the respective revenues and coercive jurisdiction. It also includes some duties that the Asylum must fulfill such as the monthly rendering of accounts, the publication every three months of the accounts of the same in the official newspaper. Finally, it is stipulated that immediately after the sanctioning of said Agreement, the building will be handed over to the Society of Sons of the Holy Trinity, with all the belongings and tools stipulated in a rigorous inventory which will have a copy sent to the Municipal Council duly signed by the Syndicate Treasurer or by the President of the aforementioned Society.
