Resumen
Through this work, it is hoped to show the process involved in delivering an area with a renewal projection, based on the fact that, in Bogotá, urban renewal areas are areas that have been designated by the local government to be redeveloped with the aim of improving the quality of life of its residents and promote the economic development of the city. These areas are selected because they present problems of physical and social deterioration, and their rehabilitation requires an integrated approach that involves the participation of different stakeholders, such as residents, landowners, real estate developers, and the government. The urban renewal process in Bogota involves the demolition of unsafe or unhealthy structures, the construction of new housing, and the improvement of infrastructure and public services, such as streets, parks, transportation, and water and energy services. The property sanitation process of properties with a public vocation in Bogota is essential to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants in urban renewal areas, since it allows the creation or ratification of quality public spaces that promote coexistence and recreation, and contribute to the improvement of the urban environment. In the same way, it allows legal clarity about the owners or holder of said spaces, avoiding future problems for the entities in charge or the urban developers.
