Propuesta de diseño de un proceso de reciclaje para medidores de agua domiciliarios (altair V4 composite y aquarius R80) comercializados por Hidromed S.A.

Abstract

Each piece and material of water meters was characterized and later the properties of each material were consulted. Because of no accurate information found of the composition of the plastic composite (main component: external body of meters), pertinents laboratory tests and experimental trials which allowed a characterization were executed; as the basis for the subsequent formulation of preliminary alternatives recycling (four in total, three of these focused on the composite) related to the mission of Hidromed S.A. Each of these an evaluation of technical - environmental feasibility and preliminary cost analysis were executed, which allowed visualize the best option. For the evaluation of technical - environmental feasibility was used and proposed a methodology of qualitative and quantitative character useful for preliminary proposals.
