Resumen
The purpose of this report, entitled "Survival Model to predict the permanence of employees in the company Claro Colombia" is to expose the work developed during my internship in Claro Colombia whose objective was to implement a model that estimates the time that each employee will remain in the company. This estimate will serve as a basis for the formulation of action plans aimed at managing human talent turnover.
The process was done by means of a survival analysis, which used the Kaplan-Meier and Cox Regression methods. These methods provided highly specific results regarding the projected duration of each individual's tenure in the organization. In addition, the variables and factors of greatest influence on these estimates were identified. From this analysis, it was possible to accurately identify the group of individuals most at risk of leaving the company in the near future. These findings will be fundamental for the implementation of strategic loyalty and retention plans, with the purpose of strengthening the relationship with these collaborators and increasing their permanence in the organization.
