Abstract

MiPymes have been the most productive alternative in the generation of income and growth in the country, however, for many it is difficult to strengthen and mature their processes; Regarding the external context, difficulties of financial and governmental support are evident, and based on the internal context, shortcomings are demonstrated in the management of marketing, production and human talent, in addition, an existing factor to this problem is directly related to competitiveness and challenges that MSMEs must assume to achieve a productive approach. Faced with this, it is important to have as a key point, business integration, which is essential in the agreement of wills, and thus operate at levels of efficiency that otherwise could not be achieved individually by small and medium-sized companies. For this reason, this project aims to provide pre-feasibility studies for the development of a new line of business in advice and consultancy in management systems, improvement and automation of processes in the company Grupo M&B, which can contribute to the solution of this problem.
