Abstract

This internship presents the design and budget proposal for the work Basilea Etapa III, residential type, stratum 6 in the city of Bogotá for the company Cointelco SA, which must initially contain the preliminary plan floor by floor and loads contemplated of the building to identify the spaces for the substation, the distribution boards and the projected connections, where the following activities stand out: Design of general connections, Design of apartments connections, Design of fixed points, Distribution of lighting and outlet outlets, Calculation of load charts, Update and design of single-line diagram. Once the electrical design approved by the client has been made, the budget is constructed of the work, which specifies the equipment that is proposed to be installed, where the following activities stand out: Work quantities, Suppliers and costs (quotation of special equipment), Cost-benefit evaluation, Adjustment of sale prices in Multifox, Adjustment of sales prices in SAP, Final budget presented in SAP and company-specific formats.
