Diseño y simulación de un biodigestor automatizado para implementación en fincas pecuarias pequeñas

Abstract

For years, different types of biodigesters have been implemented throughout the country in Colombia and in order to continue advancing about this topic, a completely automated and modular system is designed in order to be able to adapt the biodigester to the requirements and resources available in each of one cases that you want to implement, Only with the objective to create or improve a methodology for the construction and implementation of the automated biodigester in areas where access to natural gas is difficult or simply where you want to take advantage of the washing water from animal areas in a farm and animal-generated waste. The control of the main variables in the anaerobic digestion process (temperature, pressure, pH, flow) is contemplated, the system has the capacity to process the waste generated by approximately 20 to 30 animals (pigs or cattle).
