Resumen
This project was developed within the framework of the macro-project: Approach to the social representation of celebrations of life, in this case in the context of companies, taking into account the significant changes in what has been designated as the human factor. Thus, talking about corporate celebrations implies contextualizing the role and importance that has been given to corporate culture and human behavior in organizations, starting with the demand for better working conditions, motivation to fulfill tasks and the importance given by senior managers to their employees, as that is where the progress of organizations with respect to their human talent plays an important role. This begins to take on importance from the moment in which the meetings go from being strictly work, to an environment that promotes and encourages the integration and participation of each and every one of the people who make up the work teams, for which it is important to explore the festivities and the links that took place in those spaces. Taking into account the above, this study focused on communication and its relationship with corporate celebrations in the company. The study began, with a collection of information through the experiences of the employees of course, in order to establish the relationship of business celebrations with the performance of its employees and for beneficiaries of the work environment. In this process of knowledge it is worth noting that the celebrations would not take place without having the most important and essential instrument, which is the human being, his experience, the environment that surrounds him, the situations that arise, the divided decisions, teamwork and many other factors that must be faced.
