Resumen
Developed research in the touristic sector and, in particular, facing the web marketing processes and alliance strategies with several sectors require that co-creation and cooperation models are built and consolidated among various organizations, in that way that reached innovations in the industry have the stakeholder's support, easing the knowledge, technology and services exchange; and allowing the possibility to enhance the sustainable development in a regional level. According to those above, the present work identifies which is the literature that researches open tourism processes (open tourism) in the open innovation framework; being evident that currently, several organizations do not work or develop products in an isolated way; instead, they work collaboratively; on this way, it is carried out a systematic literature mapping in this marketing and touristic area presenting a collection of works related, as an orientation for new research; identifying recurrent open innovation practices that imply the use of industry 4.0 tools and qualitative data analysis that are recollected in digital platforms, in addition of identifying internal and external variables that influxes in touristic business competitiveness and the knowledge open innovation pertinence in the touristic sector.
