The image contains a news item about the Decree on the designation of the judicial circuits and the salary of the judges that must serve them, decreed by the President of the Nueva Granada José Ignacio Marquez, in this decree some divisions are stipulated, as is the case of Antioquia that will be divided into five judicial circuits, one being composed of the canton of Medellin, another of Rio Negro, another of Antioquia, Marinilla and Santa Rosa, among other areas of the country. It also stipulates the circuit for which each judge will work and the zone in which he/she must be positioned. Finally, it is mentioned that the Governors of the provinces, after having received the present decree, will encourage the municipal councils to proceed to the realization of the arrangements to the law and the proposals that correspond to them for the provision of the different judges, additional in each circuit the same decree will be put in observance as soon as the position of the judge has been provided, giving opportune notice by the respective Governors to the Secretary of the Interior and Foreign Relations.
