Estas constituciones, promulgadas por la Consiliatura del colegio, buscan actualizar las normativas para el funcionamiento y gestión del colegio debido a cambios políticos, un aumento en la demanda educativa y la necesidad de recuperar recursos financieros perdidos. Los documentos detallan la administración de los haberes del colegio, el papel del Presidente de la República como Patrono perpetuo, la elección de autoridades, las responsabilidades del Rector y del Capellán, y las obligaciones y derechos de los colegiales, convectores y alumnos externos. dc.description.abstract	The image contains news about the new Constitutions of the Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario. These constitutions, promulgated by the school Council, seek to update the regulations for the operation and management of the school due to political changes, an increase in educational demand and the need to recover lost financial resources. The documents detail the administration of the school's assets, the role of the President of the Republic as perpetual Patron, the election of authorities, the responsibilities of the Rector and the Chaplain, and the obligations and rights of the schoolchildren, convectors and day students.
