Abstract

Séptimo Jogo Futsal is a sports organization defined according to Decree 1228 of July 18, 1995 as a sports club, dedicated to the promotion and teaching of the Futsal modality based on values ​​and principles that improve the quality of coexistence in society, building athletes through an administration that is novel for the environment and through a comprehensive methodological proposal that is taught in teaching spaces. The initial development of the project is carried out in Colombian territory; in the Seventh Locality (Bosa) of the city of Bogotá, a project that in the long term aims to have participation in territories of different departments. Part of the mission as a club is to build, based on experiences, an administration model for clubs of different modalities that aspire to become sustainable organizations over time, using technological tools such as applications and innovative practices formalized in process standards. that allow Futsal to be seen, recognized and chosen by users as a modality, which in form and substance is positive for developing a lifestyle in this. In Colombia, Futsal is a marginalized modality associated with neighborhood practice, far from what would be a life opportunity for its practitioners, due to the informality that composes and the lack of promotion on the part of those responsible for its promotion, added to this the non-execution of contracts at the “professional” level, means that the imagination leads a good part of the population who knows and does not know about the modality, to get it right with your perception. Septimo Jogo Futsal, is a response to different problems that produce stagnation in this modality and that appears in the ecosystem as an opportunity for human and sustainable development for those who participate directly as members and trainers or indirectly as clubs, schools or groups. nearby that are dedicated to the same task. From the formalization of the club and its internal processes, the objective of guaranteeing, first of all, compliance outlined in the strategic planning that leads the club to achieve high membership indicators and, above all, high human and sporting quality.
