Resumen
In the last decade of the 20th century, a series of architectural and engineering innovations began in the world, based on the construction of housing complexes, improving construction processes, in order to increase the quality of life of families, as well as reduce costs and production times in large surfaces, and facilitate the acquisition of housing, for families of low and medium-low socio-economic levels who do not have their own home, which according to the national census carried out by the DANE in 2018, the 72.07% habitants do not have this possibility. One of these innovative processes is the construction of homes, hotels and shopping centers using shipping containers; that is, the reuse of the corrugated metal structure. Condition that offers good resistance under efforts exerted by live and dead loads, but very variable in the face of internal temperature regulation, because during the summer season it can concentrate high temperatures and otherwise in winter, where these can become below 0 ° c. For to the aforementioned, in this work, the financial formulation and evaluation of the CONDOMINIO ENSUEÑO project will be evidenced. As an option that decreases the index of Colombian households without their own home. This project is to build social interest homes in the municipality of Soacha (Cundinamarca), in which the conventional design (concrete and brick) is replaced by maritime containers as the main structure. This construction will be developed providing a new prototype of internal temperature regulation.
